Shipping costs are affordable and vary depending on the size and weight of your order, and are calculated at check out. We provide excellent, reliable shipping services within the United States, to Canada, and the rest of the world. All shipping services include tracking information.

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

Return and Refund Policy

Return window

Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return and refund.

Item condition: Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Transaction fee

A $3 fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover payment platform transaction fees.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Exceptions

Sale items, promotional items, and virtual products (such as ebooks) are not eligible for a refund.

Refund processing

Once the returned item is received and the conditions are met, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.

Order processing and cancellation

Orders are processed within 24 hours. During this period, if the item has not yet been shipped, the order can be cancelled. A $3 fee will be deducted to cover payment platform fees.
